1. Associate – Finance and Operations

The Accounts Associate is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the Incubation Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Understands and supports the TBI Manager in the financial strategy of the incubator
  • Maintains the startup documentation of the incubator
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Commerce/ Finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Associate – Outreach and Communication

The Outreach and Communications Associate is responsible for developing and executing, marketing and public relations strategies to raise awareness of the Incubation Centre and its programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing and public relations industries, as well as excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing and public relations strategies to raise awareness of the Incubation Center and its programs
  • Write and edit marketing materials, including press releases, articles, and social media posts
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Build relationships with journalists and other media outlets
  • Attend industry events and represent the Incubation Center
  • Track and measure marketing and public relations results
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Visual Communication/ Journalism or any other field related to the role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in communication management.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing and public relations industries
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

3. Associate – Investments and Acceleration

  • The Investments and Acceleration Associate is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in incubated startups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, as well as knowledge in investment tools and strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify potential investment opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments
  • Negotiate investment terms
  • Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies
  • Track portfolio performance
  • Contribute to the development of the incubation center’s investment strategy
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in incubation management, startup relations or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
